How do I place an order?

  1. You may print out the order form from here, fill it up and FAX or MAIL the order form to Letterman Marketing.
  2. If you have a credit card, you can purchase it online.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made through:

  1. Any Credit Card / Charge Card
  2. Cheque / Draft / Money Order (Payable to Letterman Marketing Sdn Bhd)

How long do I have to wait for the item to be delivered?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after acceptance of order. All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability of stocks and based on first come first served basis.

How do you deliver?

We are currently using Pos Laju National Courier. Please indicate at order form if you choose to collect the ordered item(s) from our main branch in Petaling Jaya.

What do I do if I receive defective or damaged goods?

If the goods appear to be defective, please notify our customer service officer at 03-5634 8661 or 03-5634 8808. We will assist you on the next step.

  1. Manufacturing Defect:
     If it is s due to manufacturing defect, we will arrange for the replacement once you have returned the defective goods to us.
  2. Mishandling by courier service company: 
    If the goods are found to be damaged due to mishandling, we will advise you to return the goods to the respective courier company. You need to fill up a “complaint” form and fax in the copy of the form to 03-5634 8797. We will arrange for a replacement within 14 working days
